1 Introduction and Acceptance

  • You must have a valid and active identity document.
  • You are mentally capable and able to make your own decisions.
  • If you have previously been banned from ll4444 for any reason, opening a new account is prohibited.

2.1 Age Verification

ll4444 reserves the right to verify a user's age at any time. If age verification fails, the account may be temporarily suspended and any pending withdrawals may be placed on hold. Gambling by minors is strictly prohibited and is punishable by law.

3 Account Registration

3.1 One Person, One Account

Each individual may operate only one account. If a single person holds multiple accounts, this will be treated as bonus fraud and all accounts may be closed.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any information changes, the support team must be notified immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Keep your password confidential and do not share it with anyone. Report any unauthorized access to our support team immediately. ll4444 will not be liable for any loss arising from misuse of your account.

3.4 Account Transfer Prohibited

Transferring an account, balance, or bonus to another person is strictly prohibited.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods

ll4444 accepts the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer.

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳500. Amounts below this will not be accepted.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process, though this may take longer during the verification process.

The method used for withdrawal must match the deposit method, unless a special arrangement has been approved.

4.4 Verification Requirements

For withdrawal requests above a certain amount, ll4444 may request identity verification documents. Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.

4.5 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, bringing the total balance to ৳32,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A 20x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. This means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before making a withdrawal. For example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires a total of ৳20,000 in bets before withdrawal.

5.3 VIP Cashback

ll4444's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback varies by tier — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% at Platinum.

5.4 General Bonus Terms

  • Only one bonus offer may be active at a time.
  • Bonuses have a set expiry period and expired bonuses are automatically cancelled.
  • A maximum bet limit may apply to bets placed with bonus funds.
  • ll4444 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
  • The final decision on bonus eligibility rests with ll4444.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. ll4444 is not responsible for any delay or failure to place a bet due to internet or technical issues.

6.2 Sports Betting

Bets can be placed on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC events), football (including FIFA), kabaddi, and other sporting events. If any match or event is cancelled, the bet is considered void and the stake is refunded.

6.3 Casino Games

ll4444 offers a variety of slot games, live casino, and table games. Each game's own rules apply.

6.4 Incorrectly Offered Odds

If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, ll4444 reserves the right to void such bets.

7 Fair Play Policy

If prohibited activities are detected, the associated balance may be confiscated and legal action may be taken.

11 Limitation of Liability

ll4444 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:

  • Failure of third-party services (such as payment gateways)
  • Loss to an account due to the user's own negligence or lack of security
  • Disruption to services due to changes in laws or regulations
  • Unforeseen natural disasters or Force Majeure situations

In cases of maximum liability, ll4444's liability shall never exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 Closure by ll4444

ll4444 may suspend or close any account under the following circumstances:

  • In case of violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • On suspicion of fraud or illegal activity
  • In case of failure to complete verification
  • If the account remains inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months)

12.2 Closure by Player

You may request to close your account at any time. Please withdraw any eligible balance before closing your account.

12.3 Inactive Account Policy

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more. The account holder will be contacted prior to any inactivity charges.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

ll4444 reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. In the event of any significant changes:

  • The date of the changes will be updated on this page.
  • A notification may be sent to the registered email address in the case of significant changes.
  • Continued use of the platform after the changes will be considered as your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
